Questions we get asked most
How can you be so much cheaper than other sign companies?
We manufacture everything ourselves and install with our own employed teams, so there is no agency, broker or subcontractor margin in the price. We also buy aluminium composite, acrylic and vinyl in volume and pass those rates on. Our materials and warranties are identical to premium suppliers.
Do I need planning permission for a new sign?
Many fascia signs fall under deemed consent, but illuminated, projecting and listed-building signage usually needs advertisement consent. Our design team prepares and submits the application for you as part of the project.
How long does a typical project take?
A standard shopfront sign takes two to three weeks from survey to installation. Illuminated or multi-site programmes are scheduled around your opening dates, and we can install overnight or at weekends to avoid trading hours.
Do you work outside the UK mainland?
Our six hubs cover mainland England, Scotland and Wales with no travel surcharge. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are quoted individually.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Materials, manufacture, illumination components and installation workmanship. If a sign fails for any of those reasons within five years, we repair or replace it at no cost.
